Tai Chi

Our Tai Chi Club aims to inform fellow Riderwood residents of the physical and mental benefits of Tai Chi, especially how it can help residents avoid falls, improve their balance and posture, cardiovascular fitness and memory.

We gather on PGCC vacation days at the same time and place as the PGCC class doing warm ups, stretching and the formal Tai Chi sequence.

We have given an interview on Riderwood TV and demonstrations at campus-wide events such as the Diversity Fair.
